Everything was perfect, the parking was onsite, the room was GOOD sized and functional. We received good service from the excellent co-operating and efficient staff. We loved rooms with a view.

Serious upgrades needed for the concierge service!!! The lack of small room amenities like slippers and a full minibar is disappointing!!! Rooms should have better maintenance!!!

breakfast is very good, varied, from fruit and basics to Japanese food for breakfast! We also had dinner one night at the hotel, good attention and great food. exceptional staff. very attentive and friendly reception girls. The dining room and entrance of the hotel is at the level of a 5 star.
room isn't five-star at all. I'm 6'2" and my feet were sticking out. bathroom is quite small and looks very old with stains from use in both the shower and bathroom. corridor to the rooms is very old, old and deteriorated walls. They were doing construction work and there was a lot of noise. works could be done in the closing of the hotel not during the season. gym is very basic... (I was there for 3 nights). I am quite optimistic in general but I was very annoyed that a hotel of this "quality" is not even at the level of a 4 star hotel in Spain.

perfect for weekend city strolls and park views
I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay, especially because it was less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Prater park, made for a lovely afternoon stroll, and the MuseumsQuartier was also easily accessible for me.

Through Booked.net we booked a double bed room for 2 nights at 129,00 euros including a super breakfast buffet. We had a fast check-in from a very polite young lady at the reception. The guy at the concierge was very helpful, locating restaurants and monuments. The room was spacious, very clean and totaly renovated. The breakfast offered a great variety from salmon and herring, to cheese and ham variety, many different egg recipies, miso soup, fresh fruit salad and few sweets. The hotel a value for money solution, 10 min walk from St Stephan's Cathedral, just in front of the StadtPark. When in Vienna, don't miss a great meal (try the special boiled beef in a soup) at Plachutta Restaurant(5 min straight ahed from Hilton Vienna)

The king room panoramic view had air conditioning, a minibar, and cable channels. The bathroom was equipped with free toiletries, slippers, and a hairdryer. I loved the breakfast with freshly baked croissants and a variety of organic juices. Plus, the spa facilities were a great way to relax after a day of exploring.
